Ola is a transformational leader who has extensive knowledge of the auto, telecom, technology and receivables sectors. She is a high-performing corporate executive with over 25 years of expertise in numerous industries, managing teams, and overseeing business operations. In her previous positions, Ola made significant contributions to an organization's strategic and long-term planning efforts by sharing her knowledge and expertise in process improvement, change management, agile transformation, business operations, asset management, governance, portfolio/project management, and talent development. She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, SA, CSM, and LPM.

We are aware that our customers come to us for results, not simply coaching. We are also aware that hiring us is not "cheap." Investing in career counselling is an investment in your happiness and financial security in the future.

We genuinely enjoy what we do. Nothing makes us happier than hearing from our customers that they have gotten the job, promotion, or raise they were hoping for. We work with clients because we wish to accelerate your career advancement.

Definitely. We usually suggest setting up a meeting in advance over Skype or Zoom. This way you can decide if we are the ideal people to assist you as well as work on some initial steps for you to do.

Additionally, we will be very honest with you and/or your company about whether it would profit from career coaching and/ or soft skills training with Inspire All International. Sometimes upon our assessment, we have informed individuals and/ or companies that their efforts would be better used with a different program or that they don't need us because they're doing OK without Inspire All International at the moment.

Sure, we do! Our career coaching clients are located in the US, Canada or abroad more than 50% of the time (eg. UK, Nigeria).

We can all collaborate easily now thanks to Skype and Zoom. Our team is frequently working from several locations throughout the year. This includes working as a career coach in Ontario and being based in North/Central America's east coast. We always use the World Time Clock to plan our appointments.


No. You just need career coaching for the period of time required to properly understand your plan and to know what steps to take to put that strategy into action. Inspire International does not have a lock-in period or minimum contract term since we believe that these practices are inappropriate for the industry we are in.

In fact, we frequently reassure people that they are self-sufficient and no longer require our assistance. These individuals frequently return for a quarterly or annual learning refresh, or they return for an additional few months since they have something new to learn.

 I relocated to the United States to join my family in 2015. I worked as a bank official for over 10years in Nigeria prior to relocating to the US. Getting settled in corporate America is difficult without guidance. The system is different and the dynamics are not remotely similar.  Where do I start? I worked with Ola to help improve my credit score from 500 and something to 830. Ola helped review my credit report, and determined what needed to be done to get the score up organically. For the past 3 years, I have had over 800 credit scores, and I know what to do and what not to do to maintain a high credit score. In addition, I recently requested a loan, which only took down my credit score by about 5 points. This shows how solid my credit score is. As a financial advisor, Ola has been very instrumental in keeping my finances organized and stable, including ensuring a great retirement plan. She has helped create saving techniques, which have increased my savings by 40%. I also set aside funds on a monthly basis due to her numerous advice. Finally, I started a small business and Ola helped grow the business with her strategic plans. The business is now an income-generating business after a 3-year strategic plan.
